Measuring service
Our measurement service provide you examine the sample parts by 3D scanning and CMM. The service include the size verification , precise dimension inspection for manufactured part Also, we provide on-site and customer side service according to the requirement.
FMEA
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a systematic method for evaluating processes to identify where and how they might fail and find relative impact of different failures to take preventive action. Also, we use DFMEA and PFMEA for developing the new product and improving the current process. It could decrease unnecessary cost during production based on the analysis.
PPAP
We help part development's customers are established confidence in suppliers and their production processes with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Actual measurements and activities are taken from the parts produced and are used to complete the various sheets of PPAP.
